Simon Flynn

Simon was awarded a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Agribusiness) in 2013.
Prior to commencing at Flynns in 2018 he worked in private practice in Forbes for a number of years and had an interest in farming.
Simon practices in all areas of Criminal and Traffic Law, Rural and Residential Conveyancing, Wills and Estate Administration, Succession Planning and Litigation (including Personal Injury and Medical Negligence).
For all matters he travels throughout NSW, in particular the Central West and Rural NSW.
His aim with all matters, in particular his Criminal practice, is to simplify often complex matters for clients in an approachable and relatable manner.
Throughout his career he has been appointed on a number of Legal Aid Criminal Panels and still occasionally assists the Legal Aid Commission on a backup duty basis in regional towns throughout Central NSW.
Working in rural areas where client and community resources can often be limited, Simon has developed a resourceful and practical approach to problem solving across all areas of his practice.
For matters requiring a degree of specialisation Simon routinely briefs a range of barristers having developed strong personal and professional relationships in this respect across all areas of his practice.
This website previously mentioned his interest in all sports, in particular golf, tennis, rugby, and waterskiing when away from the office. He now golfs when he can and enjoys time chasing his young family around on their scooters or bikes.
